How do I claim my money back?
Buy a qualifying, stickered product during the promotional period and feed your dog Vitalin for 30 consecutive days.
For recommended feeding guidelines please refer to the packaging or visit Feeding Your Dog.
If you don’t think your dog is more joyful after 30 days you can request your money back by visiting www.vitalinmoneyback.co.uk, filling out your details, payment information, uploading your receipt and photo of your pack sticker and writing a short statement (15 words or more).
In your statement, please explain why you think your dog wasn’t more joyful after 30 days of eating our product.
Do I need a proof of purchase to claim my money back?
To claim your money back you need to enter the retailer, purchase date, purchase price and product on the entry form. You will also need to upload a receipt showing those details along with a photo of the promotional sticker on your pack.
How long is the money back guarantee running for?
The guarantee is open to all purchases of qualifying products made between 6th March 2025 and 6th March 2026. Only receipts showing purchases during this period will be accepted.
Your dog must try our product for at least 30 consecutive days before you submit your claim.
The last day to claim is 30th April 2026.

How will I be refunded?
You can choose to be refunded by Bank Transfer (BACS) or PayPal. When submitting your details, it is your responsibility to ensure they are correct.
How long will it take to get my refund?
Once we’ve validated your claim, you will receive a confirmation and your refund will be processed within 28 days.
